Frances Chenall is the Crime Prevention Officer at the Kangaroo Flat Community Group Inc and has successfully completed the program this year.
Here is what Frances had to say about the program:
“I found this program much easier to understand than my Bachelor in Community planning and development course and far more relevant to my current occupation.
This program helped me to understand the need to balance the office work that needs to be done in any business, and understand why it is required whilst being able to complete my field work.
It is the reality that we all need to know to ensure successful delivery of services to our clients.
As a parent the flexibility in the delivery and support of the course was an added bonus as it does not take any extra time away from the home.
I am now even more motivated as I gained confidence in myself in general!
The program is easy to understand and explains what should be general business knowledge in common sense terms that fits within anyone’s chosen field
I would recommend this short flexibly delivered course to anyone who is pursuing their dream”
